+ How much time does it take to repair my phone?

Typically, a repair can take 30 to 60 minutes. Sometimes repairs may take longer depending on the type.

+ Do you do other repairs besides screens?

Yes! We replace batteries, cameras, and more. Feel free to look at some of the other repairs or services we offer Here. If something is not listed, please contact us and we will see if its possible.

+ What areas do you cover?

We currently service the greater Portland and Seattle areas and our markets continue to grow.

+ What should I do to get ready for the repair?

We recommend is that you have your phone backed up just in case something happens and your data is lost. This rarely happens but we just like for you to be safe in the case that something unexpected happens. Also, when an appointment is confirmed, make sure you are there at that time. Our techs will not wait more than 15 minutes because of how tight their day can be. If you cannot be there but someone else can, that’s OK too. We require that someone over the age of 18 must be present during the repair.

+ What do the techs need from me when they arrive?

Our Technicians don’t need much. Just a well-lit area, electrical outlet and an area to set up their small table and chair.

+ What are the risks?

The only risk is that there is significant damage to the phone that prevents us from repairing it or it might require an additional repair. Our Technician will do a thorough inspection of your phone initially to assess what repairs are needed and let you know the time and cost for the repair.

+ Can I lose my data?

Unfortunate that is always a risk. Please backup your phone before we arrive for your appointment just in case!

No, but that’s the beauty of our company. We always come to you!

+ If I have my own parts, can you just do the install?

Yes, we will be happy to do that for you but the part you provide will not be covered by our warranty.

+ Do you buy phones back?
